The minimum age for our Island Ninja Adventure is 6 years old. Young ninjas under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult to ensure a safe and fun experience.

Yes—participants must weigh between 40 lbs and 275 lbs and be at least 4'6" tall to navigate the Adventure Tower independently. If someone is shorter than 4'6", they’ll need an adult to assist them. This makes for a safe and enjoyable time on the course!

You'll want to pack a few essentials for your journey: sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera for those picture-perfect moments, closed-toed shoes, a light cover-up, bug spray, and some cash or a credit card for gratuities.

We recommend checking in 15 minutes before your adventure begins. Being punctual is essential—refunds won't be issued for anyone who arrives late or misses the tour.

If you find yourself needing to cancel, don’t worry—bookings canceled with 24 hours or more notice will be refunded in full.
