Absolutely—your safety is our priority. Sadly, children under 7, those who are pregnant, individuals who have recently had surgery (within the last 3 months), and those with certain injuries are unable to participate. Additionally, riders must weigh between 100 and 280 pounds for a thrilling yet safe experience.
Can I cancel my tour if my plans change?
We understand that life happens! Cancellations made outside of 24 hours are free of charge. However, if you cancel within 24 hours, a 50% charge will apply. No shows for tours incur a full charge, so please keep us updated!
